Capabilities must include:

1. Expertise with projector repair.
2. Share ISO and other standards that you meet
3. Testing/troubleshooting processes/SOW.
4. Records and reports of the repair process.
5. Use of a viable tracking tool throughout the process from receiving to shipping.

Please provide a company bio as well as the following information:

1. Projector repair/refurbishment labor standards.
2. Half page on your company’s financals
3. Repair quality – the repeat return rate within 90 days
4. In-House Repair TAT - Target is 5 working days
5. Freight cost table
6. Company capabilities in similar technology repair

9. Quality Certifications

OEM will provide the technical documentation to achieve repairs after selection process is narrowed down.
